if they change the plan to indirect employer demo plan, will the features of the plan change? how about the minutes? I have a $15 plan now, will that change or stay the same if they change the account to indirect employer demo?

I'm not really sure. I've only heard about the Free and Clear 3000 min plan changing over the Indirect Employee Demo Plan.

But I'll try and find out.
