This doesn't really make sense. Data throttling is used for overages and if you have an EVO there are no overages. For instance if someone goes over there data limit, instead of cutting them off they will decrease your speeds.

There's no telling who this will actually affect ... the photo doesn't give all of the information. This is going to turn into so much crazy speculation.

thats what i was thinkin..when i was reading it at engadget..they should take a pic of the whole page..and everyone can see what it is really for...?

yeai hope it has nothing to do with the evo since we pay a special fee... sprint better not be planning to change things up dramatically over there for EVO's or other smartphones. I still use my touch pro2 on another line :/
