i am in philly and the 4g coverge is up to one bar then drops down to 3g why?

4G in Boston AREA!
Go to work tonight using my phone and had 4G shut off. Figure lets see what happens, turn on 4G and WOW! Speed test gives me 4k download and 1k upload. Pages are super fast and I'm about 15 miles outside Boston. SWEET! I don't usually get up to Boston but I'm glad i did.

4k isn't much... I get 699k on 3G. I'll definitely check out 4G in Boston tomorrow though.
