Sprint Retentions Dept.?

Anyone have a way to contact retentions? I've tried to do a google search and just found out of date numbers. I've also tried to say "cancel" during the automated system and it transferred me to a regular service rep. Thanks.

What's the problem? I always start with their chat system just to get things on the record.

The number is in this list as well as a bunch of others. The thread has a lot of other valuable info as well: http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showpost.p...60&postcount=4

The numbers listed for retentions there no longer work. I'm trying to have my upgrade date moved ahead 2 months to get the EVO. Echat couldn't do it , neither could SERO customer care. I've read on here people have been able to with retentions.

Re: Sprint Retentions Dept.?

I was able to get my renewal moved from July to last week when I replaced my Berry. I called Telesales and then asked for supervisor and kept insisting, in a very nice way, and reminding that I was a long time customer and it was not like I was going to leave anytime soon, etc. However, I am not a sero customer and my bill is 150$/mo with 4 lines so might be the difference. Might try it though

Re: Sprint Retentions Dept.?

I tried calling again. They did away with retentions for people who are on SERO. Probably cause they trying to get rid of us LOL. I'd have more leverage if I were on a consumer plan. That or if my phone broke and I need a replacement.

Call up

Speak to a regular rep, explain your issue and explain that you need to speak to retentions.

They will transfer you to retentions.

Re: Sprint Retentions Dept.?

I updated the previous list. Hopefully some working numbers. Haven't the time to check them all right now, though.

Try to Give Jerry Adriano a call. This should still be his direct number: 913-762-8080
I haven't conversed with him for a while, but this is the email I have for him: jerry.adriano@sprint.com

Tell him I said hello. He's a great guy.

You can also try this, which is about the same thing:
Use this number
1) For good
2) If you have a major problem with Sprint
3) After you have communicated with at least two different customer service reps and asked to be escalated to a supervisor at least once.

Magical number, inside...

703-433-4401

The guidelines for good complaining still apply. When you call, state that you are a Sprint customer and Consumerist reader and you would like their help in solving your problem. When asked, succinctly state the factual basis of your complaint and how you would like to see it resolved.

We applaud Sprint for providing our readers with this number. We called it and a gal in executive customer service queue picked up. We also showed the number to our Sprint insider and he confirmed that it would go directly to that queue.

Thanks for your help. Unfortunately Jerry's team member said that she would not allow me to change my upgrade eligibility. They seemed to have gotten very strict about this. Hard to believe they can't just give me a break about a 2 month difference. They use to go out of their way to renew your contract but they are not offering me anything at all to renew.
