Verizon Voicemail, Playback Options

Here are you options while listening to a voicemail message. I got sick and tired of blindly pressing buttons and accidently deleted one i didnt want to on accident so i went though all the options to figure out what they do. Im not sure if these are specific to certin voicemails, ie basic or advanced, but this is what i got:

Note: Options in BOLD are only avliable though "More Options" menu during playback.

1-rewind 8 seconds

11-rewind to beging of message

2-playback stop, resume playback 2

3-fast forward 8 seconds

33-fast forward end of message

4-rewind 1 second

44-slow down speed of message, normal speed 4

5-informaon about message

6-fastfoward 1 second

66-speedup playback, normal speed 6

7-delete message

8-send reply message

9-save message

0-more options

*-cancel

#-skip

I could see that happening. So many options available you press the wrong one oops! haha I do love how they have so many available features and so do my customers They love being able to fast forward, rewind and also recover deleted voicemails. Did you try that? There is also an option to recover last deleted vm

yeah i just found that out tonight. as long as you dont hang up that is.
