Sprint: New; what, when??

Well the $10/mo charge for the EVO is hard for me to swallow, that is $240 for the duration of the contract and I'm already at the top end of what I want to sped per month... I already have the everything plan and in my mind that shoud cover "everything"... My way of thinking is skeued apparently???

So before all the specifics of the EVO came to light I had convenced myself I had assurance knowing the Nexus One was my fallback but now Sprint has axed Nexus (imagine that) so I'm left hanging...

What is the next HTC device (or posibly Samsung) and when is it going to be released???

I'm currently running a Diamond with Win6.5.x and on the fence about switching to Android, Win7 is pretty much out of the question and it looks like 6.5.x is dead to Sprint so I'm lost as a puppy here. My contract is up next month and unless retentions can work out a heck of a deal to make up that $240 for the EVO I'm stuck with the Diamond and not sure what to do....

BTW AT&T is the only other carrier that picks up in my area and Sprint 4g will prob never come to my area because my location is so rural... fyi

Well if you can't justify buying the Evo for costs and no 4g. Don't get it, hold off till after it releases.
