Question about Sprint Premere

I was noticing that I was not a Sprint Premiere customer even though my plan seemed to fit the criteria. So, I went ahead and called to find out (I want the Evo, and my August date for upgrade would be hard to live with)

They tell me that my plan is not premiere because the data I am paying for is an add on and not actually included in the plan... I ended up changing the plan to one that should work, and actually I came out $5 cheaper.

Now that I have changed plans I should be all set for the Premiere account and yearly upgrades correct?

I think you have to have premeire status for 3months before the upgrade kicks in.
