Employee discount for AT&T or T-Mobile

i'm also kinda wondering about employee plan details. my radioshack store is FINALLY getting t-mobile. still haven't met the rep though so i don't know the details of their employee plan. like if i have to buy the phone at retail or at activation price. pretty much everyone has it at retail and still they bind you into a damn contract. my touch pro is now broken so i am considering leaving sprint and pursuing the HD2 since we start selling it in a couple days...i hope i get a reply soon...i had to go back to a samsung instinct s30...help me get back to winmo before i go insane!
