Alltel phone on Verizon?
Sold an Alltel TP that I had activated on an Alltel plan through Verizon up until a few days ago. The guy says that Verizon will not activate this phone on his plan (Verizon) because it is an Alltel phone. Is he correct?

Yes alltel phones only work if you had alltel and still have a alltel plan. If you only had verizon they wont let you use it.

It's not that they won't let you, it's simply the system isn't setup to recognize an alltel esn on a verizon plan or we'd love to let customers do it!
 Just thought I'd explain.
