Sprint phone switch question

I recently (within my 30 days) purchased 2 new phones on amazon, 1 of them was for my wife, she doesn't like it and wants a different one, amazon doesn't do exchanges, only returns. Any options that will let her keep her phone number and still get us the promotional pricing? Sprint was no help, she didn't understand the question Could I add a line at radio shack, switch the numbers, then cancel the extra line, anything like that?

Re: Sprint phone switch question

try taking it into a sprint store and see what they will do. Either that or pick up another phone without a contract off ebay, activate it and then return the phone you got to amazon.

Re: Sprint phone switch question

They won't touch it because I didn't buy it from there and I don't have insurance on it.
