Reflash to Stock?

I'm currently on Bell with a HTC Touch Diamond.

Since I now need to get a SIM card for my new phone, they'll more than likely deactivate my Diamond, right? So should I reflash everything to stock, or will they still deactivate it regardless?

Can anyone provide me some insight?

Thanks

Re: Reflash to Stock?

What kind of phone are you getting? Makes no difference, just being nosy!
And yes, if your getting a new phone, they will shut your Diamond off. Why wouldn't they? Otherwise you'd have two phones with one phone number. lol And unless your giving your Diamond back to them for some reason, you don't have to do anything to your Diamond except put it up on the shelf and walk away. The only reason why you would ever have to put your phone back to stock ROM is if you are giving it to Bell for warranty repair, or replacement. Pretty neat that they got their HSPA network up and running eah! I can't wait to get me a new phone!!
