im not saying sprint is the best carrier..lol im saying it works for me.. ( location coverage and price ) but like i said many posts ago.. if i lived in the big city i would have 4 choices as to who i wanted as my cell carrier.lol

that post was more directed at the fools who like to bitch and moan bout every little thing.. etc.. not at u..

the bottom half i was just informing u my info on the matter etc.. again nothing directed at u..

Oh, I gotcha. yeah, I do agree with your sentiment though. If you're not happy with a carrier then you should leave.

I'm not really unhappy with Sprint. If I was I would leave. I just think the board needs to be informed of the current happenings- even when said happenings don't paint Sprint in the best light.

Having said that, since I'm not under contract, and I know I can get a good deal at T-Mobile and remain out of contract, I am as good as gone if they release a good phone before Sprint. And I don't even care about Wimax because it won't be in my area anytime soon, whereas T-Mobile will have HSPA+ here within the next few months.

ive had evdo since 06 i think its was shortly after the mm-9000 was released on sprint..

was before any carriers had 3g.

Well Sprint is only rolling out Wimax to 5 cities in 2010 according to their website. So at that pace, you might get HSPA+ first...

true that.. im happy cause i only pay 15 bucks for my dsl while not the fastest.. 3.0 d 786 up. still the best u can get out in the country. or pay 100 bucks for some crappy wifi service.

but its worth it.. to be out in the country.. its so quiet. my kids dont have to worry bout drug thugs out here or stupid people in general....lol i can go out my back door and crank my amp up to 11 and jam and not have to worry bout the old lady next door with the cat telling me to turn it down.lol

oh back on topic.. if i did get hspa it would prolly come from att first.. they have 3g in town..but who knows..what the future brings.. well my father in law will tell ya..son u dont need all that extra crap.. just voice.. its a cellphone remember.lol

he also said all u need for dsl is 512 d and 256 up..lol I laughed at that one...
