Re: Sprint: What the fu*k
this is true. sprint will charge a fee of 5 dollars for accounts that have a spending limit. sprint put SL on accounts that have not so good credit or have a late payment history. those who have a SL on their account can sign up for auto payment and this fee will be waived. sprint believes that accounts with SL cost them more money in customer service due to late payment or due to suspended/reactivate services.
if you have paid your bills on time for the last 12 months, you should contact sprint to have the AS removed. i think this is wrong since not everyone who have a spending limit pay their bill late. they should increase the late fee or have a re-activate fee if an account was eversuspended for non payment. this way, the regular good people who always pay their bill ontime wont get punish. |

Re: Sprint: What the [bleep]?
Lol, no biggie.
And Sprint basically reserves the right to do anything, including crap like this. Its a pet peeve of mine when carriers tack on extra charges. |

It's like when I go to Burger King and order a Whopper without onion or tomatoes and they don't reduce the price of the burger and when my daughter asks for extra onions and tomatoes they want to charge me 10 cent for each extra vegetable... WHAT THE!
