Samsung BlackJack 2-SIM UNLOCK?????

I just recieved a Blackjack 2 from AT&T as a gift from a family member. I was inquiring if anyone knew how or where I could get the SIM UNLOCK CODE/STEPS for me to be able tO utilize any World WIde carrier on this Smartphone Device...Would greatly appreciate any feedback from anyone who has done it or knows how to unlock it...thanks again..
