BB noob... how do I sync with Lotus AND G/Hmail ?

Hi all,

We were just issued a new work phone (BB Curve). We use Lotus Notes at work, which was all but impossible to sync to a personal phone without some investment. I keep my personal and work schedules on my TP2 synced to Hotmail (I can switch to Google if needed, only chose HM due to Todo sync support).

Now that we got BBs they sync to Lotus Notes, which makes creating meetings from emails very easy. However I still want to be able to keep both personal and work schedules accessible in one calendar, as they are interdependent.

I need help in figuring out the easiest way to sync BB to either Hotmail (preferred) or Google Calendar without breaking my OTA sync to our work Notes server. Basically, I want to have my work calendar and my personal calendar shared between two phones, Lotus Notes, and Hot / Gmail. Possible ?
