Blackberry 9700 - Signal Problems

Hello All

I am new to this forum.

I've got a BlackBerry 9700, but signal keeps on cutting out. I've tried to re-install the OS using App Loader, but the problem still exists.

I need some help to wipe my phone completely and re-install the OS again.

Thanks!

welcome to the forum! have you tried updating your Preferred List? if so...could it be you're in an area with bad t-mo coverage?

if you're looking to wipe the device and install a new OS, looky here ---> http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/bb-apps/13...-v1-9-1-a.html

Wirelessly posted (Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 7.0; Windows Phone OS 7.0; Trident/3.1; IEMobile/7.0; HTC; T7575))

Radio reception could be the OS. Each OS come with a certain radio package meaning different reception results. Try other OSs and shop around. BBSAK will wipe your BlackBerry sys completely clean meaning no OS to boot up or into. So when it finish you will a error message 502, now launch app loader and install a new OS.

Hope this kind of help.
