hiya, new ere need help can u help me?

hi, i have recently been given a BB 8320, it was working fine untill about a week ago when my screen went white and the message showing is: JVM ERROR 547 flash write failed and then told me to scroll for further options but it wont do nothing i have downloaded BB DM but it gets to step 3 on things then stops working. plz help me i am seriously considering giveing up completely
