Ok best way to fix this is to wipe and reload. To prepare, be sure you have latest version of BlackBerry Desktop Manager installed on your computer. Next go to your phone company website or blackberry.com to download the latest OS for your phone model. If your carrier is TMobile you can find the os link on the device support page. Now go to
http://www.rimgeeks.com/viewtopic.php?f=59&t=56 and download BBSAK1.7 Install the run the OS exe you downloaded to install OS to computer for loading on phone. Install/run the bbask download. Once installed if you're on win vista or 7 find the exe file and rghtclick, run as admin. Do not use shortcut or bbsak doesn't work.
