i recently did a transfer of liability for the old SERO, with Rippa_MD.. everything went perfect & this guy should be highly trusted, i sent him the money 'paypal' maybe a week or 2 even before he did the TOL, everything went exactly as he stated. perfect transaction & perfect seller.
