HELP!! Phone wont ring but vibrates

hey guys i am running HYC's android build (which is super fantastic by the way) but im having a problem with my phone not ringing. The phone simply will just not play my ringtone. When i go to sample the ringtone it plays the sound but than when i actaully get a phone call it just doesnt ring. I thought this was originally caused by using my BT headset but than i wiped the build reformatted the sd card and still having the same problem.

If i turn the always vibrate on my phone will vibrate just fine but the ringtone wont play. it doesnt mattr if i use a syatem ringtone or one that i downloaded elsewhere. Is anyone else expericening this? or maybe in the past and has a clue on what i should try to make it work? it is really frustrating me and this build has everything damn near working in it and i would love to keep usung it but heasring phone calls is pretty darn important.

any thoughts suggestions would be most appreciated!
