Problems Dialing *2
So I'm currently on a Sero plan, and when I dial *2 it should dial Employee Customer Service. But on FRX05 I get an error: "Connection problem or invalid MMI code." I didn't expect it to work, but has anyone found a work-around to get to Employee Customer Service?
edit: I probably should have done this first, but when I called their regular customer service number, I was asked to enter my PIN, which forwarded me to employee accounts.
