I have the build where it is the 3 different partitions. android, ext2 and linux swap. android is the one where its like storage card etc and the ext2 is the one with all the system stuff. problem is i dont see that with the regular windows explorer. how do i go about getting in there. i added the 11.29 libgles to the android partion where haret is and the gralloc but there was zero difference in the neocore speeds or in general. what am i doing wrong? Thank you very much!

NEOPEEK BUILDS (WINDOWS) (DOWNLOAD WINRAR OR 7 ZIP)
ok. do this. you have two options. 1. sync your phone and travel to your SD card, find the EXT2 tar file. travel to SYSTEM/LIB/EGL/REPLACE THE OLD DRIVER HERE. options 2. turn off your phone, take the SD card out and put into you PC. and do the same. you don't need to update you froyo.user.conf with neopeek build. 1-SYSTEM/LIB/EGL/REPLACE THE OLD DRIVER HERE. 2-SYSTEM/LIB/HW/REPLACE THE OLD GRALLOC HERE. good look. thank you

Hey tiad how do you mount the gralloc if i am running the xdandroid build? I don't know if i did it right and i probably didn't because all I did was put the gralloc on the root of the sd card. Please explain like you did the last time for me thanks

add this to your froyo.user.conf command and don't forget to add gralloc into root. sd card. good luck. thanks

mount --bind /sdcard/gralloc.msm7k.so /system/lib/hw/gralloc.msm7k.so

booted Reefer's 11/22 FRX003, Overclocked to 700Mhz using the startup utility with HW3D, etc, with 11/30 gralloc and 11/29 libGLES

Using FPS2D, I benchmarked it at 20FPS - same as the 11/27 libGLES w/o the updated gralloc. I also benchmarked overall speed using Linkpack where I scored an average of 4.5 MFLOPS. This is better than the 3.5 MFLOPS I was getting with 11/27. Angry Birds is still as slow and choppy as ever.

1. How can I be sure that the new gralloc and libGLES was mounted once I am already in Android?
2. Is there a different utility that I should be using for benchmarking?
3. Is there a specific rootFS that I should be using?

1. pc or or Linux, right click at files then properties then you will see how big are the files in kb. now, in android get astro file manager, travel to your system.ext2. system/lib/egl or hw/
2. I use neocore and quadrant from market.
3. it's good, to be up to date. thanks

I'm still not able to get to my computer so I havent been able to try out the gralloc...

Can you post an edited froyo.user.conf that includes both the gralloc and libGLES commands together?

Thanks for your help!
