This startup file doesn't work, I have information: "Please append a correct"root=" boot option [...] kernel panic - not syncing: VFS: unable to mount roott fs on unknown-block(0.0) Rebooting in 7 seconds..."

I had to add to cmdline: "root=/dev/mmcblk0p2 init=/init rootwait rw rootdelay=3" to start android.
SORRY TO HEAR THAT. SO YOU HAVE NEOPEEK RIGHT.
1- Rebooting in 7 seconds. FORMAT YOUR CARD. FAT32 FIRST AND EXT2
WITH 310MB AND UP. I USE UBUNTU TO DO THIS
2-SORRY FOR THE STARTUP. I THOUGH YOU ARE USING FRX03.
3- THE MOST IMPORTANT THING IN NEOPEEK IS TO GET A GOOD FAT32 AND EXT2 FORMAT. AND TO HAVE THE RIGHT STARTUP.
4- THE BUILD IN THIS FORUM THAT I MODIFIED HAVE THE BUILD.PROP, 3D 11.26 AND GRALLOC 11.29. I WAS JUST TESTING SOME FILES. IT WORKS ON MY PHONE
5- SEE THIS [ROM] FRG83-Build Froyo2.2.1 [4-12-2010] R6 | Neopeek - Network

6- THIS IS MY STARTUP WHEN IM TESTING NEOPEEK BUILDS.

GOOD LUCK. THANKS

Re: 3d driver for testing with gralloc. UPDATED 11.29.10

Hey tiad8, you need to modify or remove that build.prop mess...

The updated gralloc that fixes the memory mapping issue is definitely a valid fix, and the libgles appears to work better as well... There's no question about the kernel improvements either.

However, the build.prop appears to enable JIT. This is bad. Stine specifically disabled JIT to resolve many random errors - like the repeated volume press reboot joy...

So either way. Not sure the build.prop is even necessary, comparing it to what's in FRX03 there doesn't seem to be much benefit to it... whatsoever.

Thank you. I start android by my self adding few parameters to cmdline. Kernel 12.12.2010 works great and stable. Only one error when I trying to connect to WIFI. 12.16.2010 modules don't work and I don't know why I have battery drain about 10%/hour I use newer build.prop which you removed. Shoud I back to oryginal one? advice me it will be better if I use FRX3 XDANDROID?

edit:
ok. I changed rom to XDANDROID FRX03. Works ok, but the newest kernel 12.16.2010 still don't work

This isn't accurate, there are games (such as Angry Birds Lite) that simply crash or do not run without the updated build.prop.

I have a Tilt2 and I think I have everything the way you wanted for the 12-16 test. I'm reporting the same thing you are seeing. It is the smoothest I have seen android on this device, it's actually usable. And like you the only new thing I see not working is the WI-FI, keeps saying "error!"
