Re: 3d driver for testing
Maybe it's a noob question, but I can't acces the froyo.user.conf file.
I am using a neopeek build (SuperFroyo-Port). So i've formatted my sd-card in several partitions. (Fat32 partition and ext2). If i connect my phone (in WinMo) to the pc, i can only browse the Fat32 partition. But the froyo.user.conf file is on the ext2 partition. So i can't edit/replace the froyo.user.conf file Can anyone help me, please? |

ok. do this. you have two options. 1. sync your phone and travel to your SD card, find the tar file with super froyo. you need some type of file opener that can open tar file. travel to SYSTEM/LIB/EGL/REPLACE THE OLD DRIVER HERE. 2. turn off your phone, take the SD card out and put into you PC. and do the same. you don't need to update you froyo.conf with neopeek build. good look. thank you |
Re: 3d driver for testing. UPDATE 11.27.10
You could also go into terminal and edit the conf file with nano. I think you may have to chmod it first for more permissions. You can confirm its success after a reboot by running the mount command and looking for the relevent entry.
I did that, and the hardest part was working with the screwed up keymapping for the slashes, dashes, and underscores. :-) |

Also, is the new 11.27.10 .so file something we should test? Is there anything different in particular?

Wirelessly posted (Sprint Touch Pro 2: Opera/9.80 (Windows Mobile; Opera Mini/5.1.21594/21.572; U; en) Presto/2.5.25 Version/10.54)
Gave this a try, knocks out the sound for some reason.Gallery worked much better than before, but not enough of a benefit to justify having it over sound. Good work though! |
