Re: Random reboots
Random reboots occur. Can't say I've had many when idle tho. Keep in mind, there's almost always something going on in the background unless you put the phone in airplane mode and disable all apps.

Re: Random reboots
i get it too... often but not an insane amount... i found it strange that only ANdroid reboots though.. youd thinnk the whole device would reset... im far from on the newest stuff though(still using orignal files maybe).. im only on 2.1 still.. i did update my module and zimage(??) right when sound started working, thats as close to "current as I am"
I definitely dont have juice defender app, so thats probably not the culprit @ gtmethod3

Re: Random reboots
You're still on 2.1..? Any reason why? Sorry, don't mean to be OT, but you really should try to get the newest of everything if you can - usually makes for the best Android experience. Sometimes there's regressions, but they're *usually* fixed quickly

Re: Random reboots
I disabled juice defender and my random reboots have ceased. There must be something not happy going on.
Anyone have any working apps to save battery life? |

Re: Random reboots
I hate to burst your bubble but an "app" isn't going to fix our power management issues - power management needs to be sorted out in the kernel much more so than anything else.
With that said, turning off all radios (airplane mode basically) works wonders |
