So I removed everything but the .pls files, booted reference again and nothing got removed. Booted BLAZN again and STILL nothing was removed. All the .pls files were still there.

So it was only that first boot. I don't get it...
arrrghhh (and Androktasie): Here's another one for you -- maybe related. For some time, my WeatherPanel layout files (*.wpl) have been erased from my SD card after every Android boot! I noticed my Windows PC thinks wpl files are for Windows Media Player -- so this thread title got my attention!

I used to use BLAZN, but now I'm running reference (10/25), with the latest rootfs and kernel (11/8 and 11/3, respectively). It's possible, however, that I'm still carrying an app or other left over file from BLAZN.

arrrghhh -- if you get a chance, can you check if this issue is reproducible for you? Thanks a lot!
