I got as far as the boot animation with the wildfire chinese release. But the surfaceflinger is crashing so I could go beyond that. The good news is the hero devs on xda are also interested in getting to work. And if they do that's good news for us. In theory anything hero will work for the tp2

More devs are joining the fight. The Legend developers are also interested in it so this can become a reality. We had success in the past running legend roms so that is a big plus. Soon ill post as soon as i have something bootable.

For now you can just enjoy the old sense ui 2.1 build :-p

FInally got this beotch too boot. it wasnt pretty.. but it was progress.

course we got the resolution issue but now i need to see if its even worth it to run the native resolution apps from another build or create a scalner using the blit engine so we can upscale this version

oh man cant wait.. i really wannna try this. is this just a private beta? and why did the hd2 get more attention on android then the rhodium if the rhod came out first??

hd2 devs outnumber is 3 to 1 i think .. lol.. plus the device itself wasnt that cryptic like the tp2.

not even beta. Its running on a custom build with custom rootfs with custom data.img.. lol so there is nothing to release yet.

Isn't the HD2 closer to other Android devices as far as hardware is concerned?

i apprecaite for keeping our touch pro 2's alive. even thought i dont think its an old phone at all. lol. if you can just keep us posted

aNy info on anyupdates. i saw there was a rom leak with the htc bee. running a msm prossor with froyo.
