8-30 and 9-16 builds crashing

make sure u download the and use startup.txt from the tutorial not the one from the .cab or .rar if u on cdma. dont use force cdma or hardware acceleration. best is to extract all the files, run herat.exe from the mobile explorer rather then the launcher. its takes a lil longer to boot up but thats how i got it to work without crashes. build 8/30 blaz.
