Can Android and WM use the same microSD card without it affecting each other?

I just tried out the Blazn Android cab on a fresh new microSD card. I like it alot and am ready to use it more now for Android.

I have been using WM with many apps installed on another microSD card. The apps were installed to the memory card.

Would I just install the Blazn cab to the WM microsd card and run it?

Will it cause any interference?
