Re: Can Android and WM use the same microSD card without it affecting each other?
Theoretically, it shouldn't, but there are enough instances of people saying Android corrupted their SD card that if you can avoid it, you probably should use separate cards.
I was running on the same card for a while, and it was generally ok, but almost every time it rebooted and I plugged it into my computer, my computer would scan it and detect file system problems. |

Re: Can Android and WM use the same microSD card without it affecting each other?
Not to argue with the above post, but I have been using 4gb, 6gb and 16gb cards on and off, since the android port started, for both wm and android without any problems whatsoever. If you are worried about your data corrupting, just make a backup. But otherwise it should not make any problems.
Please click thanks if I have helped. |

Re: Can Android and WM use the same microSD card without it affecting each other?
I've had windows alone corrupt 2 different Sandisk cards within 4 months long before android on different phones even.
I have a kingston and hasn't failed been well over 8 months on this card WM and Android play nice. Android just makes a mess of folders but otherwise no problems |
