I'll get this uploaded shortly, but I want to make sure this thing is stable. I had it go to sleep and refuse to wake up twice now, and I want to see if I can clear that up first. LINK: http://dl.dropbox.com/u/11790134/Latest.zip Edit: OK, I went ahead and generated a new data.img with this kernel/module package, and everything looks to be good. It's a little slow to me, but that may be due to not being overclocked anymore. Also, I did notice that during a haret bootup, there are four or five files that are "missing" as follows: ext2fs_check_if_mount not exist /lib/modules/lzo_compress.ko No such file or directory /lib/modules/lzo_decompress.ko No such file or directory /lib/modules/ramzswap.ko No such file or directory /lib/modules/xvmalloc.ko No such file or directory The last four are included in the modules for the main repository, but they do not get generated by this one. Does it matter? Last edited by natemcnutty; 09-24-2010 at 02:59 PM. |

Just curious... How is the temperature of your device when you run these test builds?

I've also had some boots that seem fine and others that are not... but ever since I got the RHOD, it seems to run much cooler than it ever did on my RAPH... |

Yeah! That's what I am noticing, the Raph800 gets so hot with some builds, like CyanogenMod6 from Neopeek, it would get so hot I got scared and took it off, back on XDAndroid with it.
The Rhodium I haven't felt it hot at all, well, just a bit, but a regular "hot" from the screen being on at full brightness and batt usage. I have noticed it get this hot when doing a lot of 3G and installing apps while being overclocked to 716mhz. Will we be able to overclock when we have NAND boot? How will we set the speed? Maybe fixed speed and use SetCPU to control it? |

On both NAND and Haret, the battery life and meter readings are a work in progress. There is no timeline on these things. It gets implemented when the devs have time or someone with more expertise in that area brings along patches for them. |

bzo fixed 3d so i pushed those changes. I think stinedb is working an a new gralloc so once that is done we should be able to test 3d.

With 3D working now, does that mean SenseUI will work better? Was that what was making it lack in performance before?
