Not getting any signal -- Sprint

I am playing with the latest andorid build for the TP2. I have a Sprint TP2, and android boots fine and everything seems to look OK.
Except for it will not setect any networks and doesnt get any signal.
Is this normal?

Re: Not getting any signal -- Sprint

I have added:
htc_hw.force_cdma=1
to my startup.txt

I have als tried the APN trick, but it wont let me save it cause its asking for me to put a 3 digit MCC number in. I cant find any specific settings for the APN for Sprint on the forums. What are you using?

MMSC:http://63.215.195.152/servlets/mms?X-SPRINT-MDN=(10 didgit phone number)
MMS proxy:<Not set>
MMS Port: 80
MMC:310
MNC:995
Authentication Type:<Not set>

I'm using TELUS (Canada) and the only difference (crucial) between the stock android startup.txt and yours, was the "CDMA=1" (stock, it's set to 0). Once I changed that value and booted up android, the phone got on the network without hesitation.

Thanks, and thanked
