WoZZeR, I think you're on the right track with the PRI being the difference. Now if I could only figure out how to downgrade. This reminds me of Apple and how it was next to impossible to downgrade certain baseband versions on the iPhone.

Crap my phone is stuck on the welcome screen and does not sync or allow any boot options, do you have any ideas how to get past the welcome screen?

Is there a specific rootfs I should be putting in the root of my sd card? I have pri version 1.65_002! Woohoo, lets do this. I have PRI 1.65, so we may be on to something. A few more data points and we might be able to nail it to PRI. I just have no idea how to get it downgraded. VZW might need version 1.65, and Sprint v1.43?

It's a sprint phone using sprint towers, so nothing had to be changed except mms issues after custom rom install. qpst was not used AFAIK
