I am not a pro or a developer. I just know that I have to take my SIM out of TP2 for the network to show up. So I don't know what to tell you. Sorry.

By sim card you mean your carrier is GSM? if so you should run it as you would a TP2 from t-mobile or AT&T. (You should make sure because depending where you are you may be roaming CDMA)
this cab should include everything: http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showthread.php?t=114400 if you already have it installed and have it force cdma and etc, remove that line..
