Thoughts and comments about the latest android rootfs build rootfs-20100606-c369a49

I have posted a link to the latest android roof. rootfs-latest.zip.

The latest android build includes improved gps, wifi, battery fix in one rom. I was able to get google navation to work after the second try. This build is definately an improvement from the previous build. I would recommend replacing your previous rootfs with this rootfs.

Here is the link to the autobuild website: http://xdandroid.southcape.org/rootfs/

Please thank me if is helped you, thanks.

Are you just fishing for thanks? The link to rootfs builds are all over this forum, plus your link provides absolutely no documentation as to what the rootfs actually contains. You could have, at the very least, posted a link to the autobuild site: http://xdandroid.southcape.org/rootfs/

That's exactly what he does...Every post by this person is always a post done by others or a copy of a similar posting.

All you do is hate on other people and put people down who try to contribute to the community. So I guess we are both creatures of habit.

If I were a mod, I'd remove his ability for receiving thanks But that's just me.

I really don't but you should get thanks by helping others, I think that you have good intentions but your approach needs to improve.

Look at people like Darren, when people have issues he helps and consequently people ends up thanking him.

jamice4u, if your gonna ask for thanks put it in your signature...but going around asking them on every single thread is a bit overboard...I mean do you really want to see whats inside the VIP forum that badly?

There is really nothing there to go crazy over...

Re: Here is the latest android roof 06/06/2010

Anyways this is a thread about the latest rootfs so what do you think about it. I thought is was faster and that the gps and wifi connects better. Plus the battery gauge is better thanks to unknownforce. I really want to know your feedback on the latest rootfs. Please comment on the latest rootfs.

Re: Here is the latest android roof 06/06/2010

Jamice4u,

Let me give another example...I did a translation for Maxsense and didn't ask for a single thanks from anyone, like you do, it took me a few hours instead of the few seconds that it takes you to copy another posting.
That's how you earn thanks and reputation.

That makes no sense. Your link is to the newest rootfs autobuild, which changes all the time. It also can (and has) broken many features for the Rhodium. If you want to be useful, post links to known specific (and working) builds

Your "help" is actually a hindrance
