battery 100% under WM, 60% Android

hey, i'm knew to the android scene.. I have it installed on my device and while its 100% under windows it reads about 63 in android while charging. when its not charging it immediately goes down to about 15-12% is this normal?

Very normal, the porting of the meter is far from correct currently.
