I know the phone is still alive though because "My Mobiler" remote program shows my screen and I can even touch the screen to navigate blindly. This is all through Windows Mobile of course.
Another thing to try. And I understand this is just reaching. But I have heard of others back in just WM land itself that first flash doesn't work. I would recommend ya try this while we are hashing things out. Flash back to the Stock rom like 3 times in a row. Flash once, then when done, flash again and then again. I would while the display is still working for you, do the actual Clear Storage in Settings instead of the button hard reset. Then let me know.

In adition to this I have heard that anytime you flash a rom to your phone you should do a HARD RESET to clear any extra files that the installation of the rom may have left behind. As long as we are reaching, I would throw that in there as well!
