backup the SD card (copy all files onto your computer) then wipe that card.
download the zip file and drop all files on your SD card, you'll then be all set. On the first boot it will take a few minutes to setup the data file but after that the boot should be 2x faster.

Is the all in one package working for everybody? I did not test it on a clean card.
