Don't know why. Any clue?

Did you check the 'force cdma' option and take out your sim card? Also check to make sure you're not in airplane mode.

Is your SIM card in or out? that's usually the first thing I forget to check.

does anyone have a trick for making the "No Sim" Icon disappear, it is hideously ugly on the WinMo side.

I guess I will stop holding my breath for Android on the TP2. Patiently waiting for my Epic 4g now. I just installed Android for a friend on the HD2 and it's pretty smooth.

Anybody else having issues with the latest release? I downloaded the cab from the project android site and installed it on my Verizon TP2 and it worked fine. But I decided to push the envelope and click the update button in the launcher. now it still launches but will restart after about 5 seconds. See the lock screen but can't load the home page. Also battery meter now shows red where before it was green. not sure if it see low power and shuts down or what.

This is my first venture in the android on WinMo phones.

on my tp2 the sound works but when there is no sound there is this crazy static/beeps at very low volume coming out of my speakers. It doesn't sound too good lol.
