USB is probably the next to fall... but what do you mean little orange and green led light? That's not a bug... that shows you whether the phone is sleeping or awake. Green = sleep, Orange = awake...

Nope, you can just replace that .ext2 file. May want to rename the old one in case you want to revert to the old one. Also, you *may* need a new data.img, considering the drastic changes in this new image...

As I recall when I tried to reuse my data.img, I got a bootloop. Just be wary ;)

Any idea what the ETA for that build is? I tried the kernel update from the Battery Fix thread and battery is working a lot better. I want to start from scratch again though and if there is a new System on its way then I would like to wait till then. Besides, I use the .rar install and dont have the Startup/Update utility on my phone, I change my startup.txt manually.

Reef will probably wait until the rest of the storm is committed, and it seems stinebd isn't done with the system file. I've been running it since it's been out, it's freakin awesome.

the update tool just freezes for me :(

actually its throwing this error now

"an unexpected error has occured in XDAnroidStartup.exe
Select Quit and then Restart this program, or select Details for more information.

was not found."

I get ":directory does not exist" error. I downloaded the cab version and ran it. Do I need to copy over any other files?
