After updating the rootfs with this, the GPS got a lock on Google maps inside my apartment in NYC in like 10 seconds, I couldn't believe my eyes.

take out your SIM card before you boot Haret. Also make sure you have your Phone in CDMA Only mode under your network settings... But just the SIM will work...

im pretty sure that was for rootfs-20100514-7997b80 and rootfs-20100514-f424a6d .
have you tried rootfs-20100514-37e1b45.zip?

Yeah, it doesn't work, and that's why my post says to use:

After that they added the build bot, and it broke GPS.

might be a stupid question, but how do i swap the rootfs file? i extracted it to the folder on the sd card and changed the name to just rootfs but my gps still will not lock at all.

am i doing it wrong?
