Hi everone!

I´m happy to see such great progress with Android on TP2, the 3D gallery looks great!

I still have 2 show stoppers:

- The sleep screen of death: as soon as my phone goes to sleep (via timeout or using the end button) it freezes. I have to pull out the battery.

- No data connection: I have a 3G icon on the notification bar, but still can't load web pages, weather, market, nothing. I have no SIM card by the way.

Any thoughts?

i was having the problem where my phone would freeze in sleepmode, when i added the overclock line to my startup it didnt happen anymore and ive noticed that when its overclocked everything works better in my experience.

as for the data connection it could be a number of things try turning on airplane mode then turning it off whenever i have issues that usually works for me.

Phone said I was running low on space when trying neocore.

Rebooted installed new kernel and some my apps have been eaten.

Did this before. Rebuilt my data.img and all was fine. Just Sad.

Thanks for the tip.

I've already tried it with the Blazn Build and it still freezes.

What clock speed do you use? Maybe it works for me.

As for using airplane mode to restart my 3G: no dice

I know this has been asked before, but there never seemed to be a satisfactory answer: My location settings are not working for programs and widgets. GPS is working fine in Google maps and NDrive, etc. But the weather widget cannot find my location. Anyone know of a fix for this?

Thanks for posting your startup. I haven't used it yet, but I can tell you what I've been up to.

You got me thinking with de OC stuff. So I decided to give it a go reading (again for 100th time) the FAQ.

I edited my startup and set pm.sleep_mode=2 (just as the FAQ suggested) and acpuclock.oc_freq_khz=716800.

My phone has been up and running for 30 min without a problem! It's been sleeping most of the time and it doesn't freeze. (and it sleeps properly, green light on).

Now, there's one little thing that I also did and I'm not sure how that affects the outcome: I disabled my data, no 3G whatsoever. Somehow, I think that when 3G is active my phone starts to act out.

I'll turn it back on in a few moments and see what happens, I'll post back my results.
