Need Help!

I know this is the Touch pro 2 thread but us omnia 2 users over at modaco need help with somthing on our porting....

"Has anybody some insights of how android handles the touchscreen? I think I have to change the touchscreen so that android recognizes it. I've calculated the values when I touch them, and they seem ok but android interprets them wrong. (the xdifference/y difference index which i got after debugging the touchscreen are the same value as the 480/800 resolution index). Is it because android supports these touchscreen(resolutions) not at 1.6?"

can anybody help?

Re: Need Help!

That does seem correct. The calibration goes by coordinates. As far as actual resolution that would be correct for X server. I am unsure what android or the kernel video driver uses.
