Since I have not seen any cabs for installing android to SD card, or to create a shortcut to it, i figured some people would like to have one! Its much easier for some people to install this way.
Later today ill cab up each of the android files seperatly so you can update certain parts without touching others. For now:

This cab installs android into root of storage card  and creates a  shortcut
in root of start menu.

Thanks for the shortcut.

I suggest you date the files, so that when there is a new release we know what to do.

when you say you have to 7zip it is that on the phone or computer...

7zip is just like winzip. 7zip is free and works great. So something that ends in .7z just unzip with 7zip.

Ok I 7zip the file on my sd card that was done the I went to click the cab to install it and click storage device it runs for a while the it tells me it cannot install and do you want to try again...

I don't think you need 7zip.

Download the cab and put it on your storage card. Then install the cab and boot haret. Make sure your sim card is out. You don't need to unzip or zip anything.

So I was wondering. I know its Friday night and all. I got xdandroid to boot perfectly with your cab, but have no netowrk services to make calls or data or anything. I'm cdma on sprint so I thought this worked right away? Any direction I could get from anyone would be so appreciated. Thanks.

tried that. should it have been out before i installed the cab for the first time? ill try that this time and see if it works. it does look amazing tho...

i had same issue.. but took out the sim.. and ot works fine..wifi..data.. voice..looks good..

same issue here for me too took out sim card and loaded just fine but I get an x or a airplane symbol were the signal strength is...

For the two having issues, shutdown and restart back to Windows Mobile and try again. Sometimes on first boot data doesn't work.

Also try turning data/wifi on while in windows mobile, this could help too.
Anyone of you seen Rhobuntu yet? :) I have it running, just figuring out how to use wifi! Its very nice, full version of firefox i need to check if flash works!

i flash roms from sdcard all day but ive tried to run this since day one and still wont work, tried 3 sdcards,3 roms and i get to the writting screen and it just sits and does nothing. never had a issue where i couldnt get it figured out. and ideas? no sim on phone either.

reformat the sdcard to fat32, disable sense, make sure you softreset before trying, it takes sometimes up to 10 minutes to boot, which is very unusual.

Unfortunately i dont, the htc one doesnt work on rhodium only HD2 as far as i know. Its best to do it on a computer also, dont do quick format either.

my card is fat32 i still use it on tp1 to flash, i just wanted to try everything i can. nue tool has it i think. im gonna try witb wifi on and sense off. thanx bike.

I turned on wifi and had data turned on then I tryied rebooting android and still no service... I downloaded flyers cab and booted it up and data and service works great..

i think i can read what it says bike, "cant access tty, job turned off" make any sense of that? just sits and sits. so pissed i cant get this to work.

mine has been running fine and all of sudden today I got that error 3 times so I just redownloaded everything and I'm about to try again

update: after redownloading the file again and deleting everything related to android on my sd card everything is working fine.

This is a newer version than flyers posted, i have updated just about everything except the xdandroid version, could be why. Ill have a new cab up sometime tomorrow.

Hey, I download this to my SD card and everything worked fine except that i can't get any service. No internet, no calling, etc. Is there something else i need to download besides this cab?

I never had a sim card in my phone. Do you think that my ROM has something to do with it?

I had the same problem, for some reason the startup.txt file said htc_hw.force_cdma=0 instead of htc_hw.force_cdma=1 after i changed it all was good.

in the root of your storage card there should be a file named startup.txt Either copy it to your pc and edit it with notepad and re-copy back, or while in winmo open the file and edit it right on the card.
