A workaround was added to the RIL a while back (commit here, if you're curious). Try adding

Code:
north_am_dialing=1
to your cmdline (startup.txt). If the problem is with the +1, and if that fix works for TP2 (it should, but I'm not 100% sure), that should solve the problem.
Thanks that fixes my issues without any complicated work around.

I had the same experience but when I ran it again no issue.
Good luck.

Click on "sign in as a different user" and re-enter your information (even if it is the same account), that should do it.
Thanks to rehtonAesoohC for that.

Re: google voice with android

Question on google voice for android.

So when I make a call using google voice am I still using cell phone minutes or is the whole call being made through voip?

Reason I am asking is now you call and receive calls using your google voice number from gmail and the whole thing is through voip.

Thanks in advance.

Re: google voice with android

When I'm trying to setup Google Voice on the phone, it tries to verify my phone number by sending a text message to 9230 for some reason, and then the whole things fails with a "Message sent to invalid destination".
