I'm having an issue when I boot back to windows mobile from android my clock changes to wrong time, I never had this with other roms.
Same issue here.

In stripping down the ROM, Calk may have gotten rid of the automatic sync with network time? If you did, Calk, consider this a request to put it back in (having accurate time/date on phone? pretty important).

Either way, this can be addressed with a workaround by manually setting time in Clocks&Alarms under Settings.

Correcting the time in Settings/Clock and Alarms only helps till the next boot, when you boot back to windows from android its messed up again.

Re: [ v1.2 ] Calkulin's Stripped ROMs for Android - DualBOOT - 6.5 & 6.1

Calk-

Will you be updating your ROM with the drivers, etc from the newly available Sprint 6.5 ROM (found @ http://www.htc.com/us/support/touch-...t/downloads/)? And, if so, timeframe?

Also, regardless of whether you choose to do this, any chance to implement a more permanent clock/timezone fix to the problem ID'd above?

Thanks for letting us know.

As an aside, I am sticking with your 6.5 ROM for now because I could not resolve that BT DUN issue from the 6.1 ROM (previously ID'd above).

Anyone do any benchmarking on this rom vs any other bloated rom?

Re: [ v1.2 ] Calkulin's Stripped ROMs for Android - DualBOOT - 6.5 & 6.1

which rom is better the 6.1 or 6.5

also im going to need to be able to still use some wm applications. If i cant use them I rather use one the other regular roms like stock sprint rom and boot android.

the apps i need to use still on WM are

Mymobile

Magicall

PowerSMS

WMwifirouter

SkyFire

SmartPhone Tracker

and thats it for now that i can think of

need to be able to use in call recording also and still have threaded sms and I think those the main things. will i have any trouble installing the cabs for these and using them if i use one these roms? and which rom is better and why? I was going to go with 6.5 since its just newer but how much different and how is it from 6.1. is it worth the lil more amount of memory to use?

also do i have to use any custom radios or unlocks to get it to flash or can i just start the .exe file and it will flash and thats it. because this phone is straight from the company still have not been messed with at all

I suggest you head over to the cdma upgrade section and find Calkulin's Visual Kitchen for the TP2...then you can cook the ROM that you want.
