i just want charging to work

I read a few pages back that someone with the newer kernel ran android for 3 hrs with it plugged in, went to windows and still showed 100%. Sounds like either android was charging or using external power instead of battery.

How can I get Dualboot to work? Mine keeps saying android is missing.

Put the android files on the root and not in a folder.

or you could change the registry if you want to keep android files inside of an Android folder

just wanna say good job and thanks to all the devs working on this, especially to mrpippy for reaching out to the cdma people. i really love it and check nearly every other hour for new releases.
my roommate's got the droid and ive been messing around with it...it's significantly smoother and less buggy than what we've got...do you think we're gonna be able to run android as smoothly if not smoother than current android phones?

@Mazzakre:

Thnx for the advice, have tried...and still come up with a cup a third full. Its a bit annoying...but not a huge deal, since I'm not trying to run Android as my full time O/S. I treat it like a Ubuntu dual boot on my Windows machine...I'll play a bit on it but conduct my "business" on the Window's side.

Now that wasn't very nice!!! :mrgreen: How many questions have I answered? Anyone else try it? I haven't seen anyone say anything about it since I posted that. Yea I ran Android while plugged in, and yea my battery was still up afterwards. Still doing it now and it was on all night. Run it, wait a few hours, unplug the cable and reboot the phone. Betcha your battery's still full. Latest kernel I happened to notice it. (from march 14th) Haven't played with the one from the 16th yet.

Does any other type of data work? You said your 3g connection works but do you mean you see the icon or have you tested browsing the web via the browser? The usual question of, did you remove your SIM card before booting Android?

Some users have had to go in and establish their mobile network, you might try that. Goto the Home screen, hit the Menu button, select Settings, then Wireless & network settings, then Mobile networks, and then Network operators. Once that screen comes up, choose Select automatically. If it doesn't say Registered on network, press it again. Once that is done, you can go back to the home screen and try Market again, if it still doesn't work after doing that, try shutting down and rebooting back into WM and then boot back to Android.

Edit, only other thing I can think of is maybe something hosed in your Account, go back into settings and select Accounts and sync settings. if you see your gmail one, go ahead and remove it by tapping it and selecting remove. And then try re-adding it.
