i just changed the extracted folder to "Android" and put it on the root of my storage - storage card/Android and it's been working great.

you dont need market to get dolphin browser. Just go to
http://slideme.org/ using the default browser and download the slideme market. Then you can find dolphin browser and install it through there... (thanks to Surge for pointing this out earlier). BTW, i find the default browser to be less choppy than dolphin on our tp2s.
