I don't have this issue anymore.
I had wifi on, in WinMo, the first time after putting in this newest build. After that, I don't need it on in WinMo.

im playing with it right now. The phone (make/receive calls) works like a charm.

I would actually use this as my main OS like every other day just to play with if the SMS/DATA and Speakerphone (Sounds for games/ringers etc etc) worked.

Re: [2/27/2010] Google Android for TP2 CDMA [In Dev]

this thread would be about 15 pages shorter if people would just search, wep doesn't work, marketplace isn't working, sms isn't working, There are 10 posts of complaints to 1 thank you, and great job, I like this and I like that. Come on people this is a work in progress. Every single page has someone talking about wep not working. I haven't had a chance to try it out yet, I just read from page 47 to 75 trying to make sure i knew everything that was going on and what to expect to work and what not to work.

I agree, however although I do thank him Civic could have a little more info about what is and is not working in the first post by the download.

Big kudos to Civic to this work!

Cool, thanks. Edvard also posts some APK packs over at connect-utb:
