Wirelessly posted (Mozilla/5.0 (Linux; U; Android 2.1; en-us; XDANDROID Build/ERD72) AppleWebKit/530.17 (KHTML, like Gecko) Version/4.0 Mobile Safari/530.17)

Must have been a momentary bug. This was typed with the keyboard just fine (except for the lack of a cursor).

Just curious why do you have to remove the sim, isnt that really only for gsm services? Do I need the sim otherwise even if I am running android? Thanks in advance.

Sprint phones (maybe others I dunno) have a sim card for international roaming. The reason I put it in there is because when I got my TP2, the directions said to put it in. lol

a few observations

G-Sensor:
It wasn't working for me before, but now it is.
The axis are swapped, but it didn't even do that before.
To check it, you can go into the Labyrinth game settings.

Maps:
I know GPS isn't enabled, but before, it showed my location was about 300 feet away.
Now it shows I'm in Switzerland.. I'd like to be there but I'm in the US.

surge, Before it was using Wifi, correct? Now its using data so its prolly something funky. I am sure the first step in this is getting hardware and data to work properly, we are still in the early stages of this so I am sure things will be wonky for a little bit.

honestly, just put a shortcut to haret.exe in your start menu, you dont need this program because it still boots into windows first regardless. It doesnt function the same like when your dual booting OS's on a pc.

It you are referring to the GPS, I pretty sure it was using triangulation from cell towers so wifi shouldn't affect it.

Sim card is optional.. It really just for traveling abroad... Or if you have a cdma TP2 *US gsm unlocked and using it w/ att or tmobile. If your with cdma carrier your network setting should be on cdma only. Network settings at global doesnt hurt the you or the phone but why most of us stay in the USA. I was puzzled about this also and just decided to remove it period. As far as running Android with Sim card inserted, the phone might is thinking to hard like (cdma or global)...lol

Hope this help...

ps. Android DEV 030610 downloaded and sd re-formated and loaded with the 030610 version. I'll test run tonight, got to go....

Guys enjoy.
