Re: [3/6/2010] Google Android for TP2 CDMA [In Dev]
hey guys, you know i came on to let everyone know that the 2/27 build connected to metropcs, i noticed it by mistake when i was messing around with some app and the phone started ringing. i then realized that it works it just doesn't show the cdma networks in the list like it shows gsm networks and there is no signal bars so it had to have been working and i didn't even know it.
im testing out this new build, copying now, i wonder if the data will work for metro or if i have to change some settings somewhere. lol same for the sms. i'll let you guys know. if u know of somewhere to change data settings let me know. anyone tried bluetooth, camera or mms ? |
Re: [3/6/2010] Google Android for TP2 CDMA [In Dev]
for some reason, everytime i get to the setup screen, i get a message that says "The Application Messaging has stopped unexpectedly" and then my TP2 soft resets on its own. I tried removing the sim card and turning off Sense 2.5, but neither changed anything. Does anyone know how to fix this? Thanks

I am really excited about the progress. I have just finished catching up on the last few pages that have been added since the update. I have one quick question I was wondering if anyone can confirm. Do we really need to delete our Data.img off our SD card or will it still work the same with the previous one still on there.

This is amazing!! Why the need to remove the SIM card though? Remove the Sprint SIM card? What if you have a prepaid T-Mobile or AT&T?

Not sure if anyone else is having this problem but I live in SoCal and using 3G the phone thinks my location is somewhere in France! Is this something that will fix itself?
